1990s Black Velvet Fitted Floor Length Evening DressI'm getting some serious mystical withy vibes from this elegant black velvet, evening gown. The silhouette is truly stunning. I don't quite do it justice in the chest area but I can just imagine how amazing this would look when fitted properly with a fuller bust. It is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Quality make and feel. The velvet texture is incredible. Literally don't want to stop touch it. :)I would call this a true Small. As usual
